This class is for those who want to learn appliqué.  Each week you will learn new techniques in appliqué.  Some of the techniques you will learn will be glue stick, freezer paper, plastic template, needle turn, reverse appliqué and machine appliqué.  I will supply you with a fabric kit for each technique.  You will be able to apply these techniques to the quilt project you have chosen from Alex’s book.   I will also demo machine appliqué.  I want you to decide the style of appliqué you most enjoy and apply that style to your quilt.  It is best that you already know basic block assembly, quilting and binding to finish your project.  Required book: Alex Anderson’s Hand & Machine Appliqué.
